Need to work off that Thanksgiving turkey that’s now firmly implanted in your love handles? Try this workout on for size.

45sec Treadmill Run (10mph with 1% incline)
10 Handstand pushups
10 Kettlebell Snatches (45lbs, each hand) X3

1.5min Treadmill Run (10mph with 1% incline)
20 Overhead Press (45lbs bar)
20 Knees to Nlbows X3

Time to Beat 13:00
Middle of the Pack 15:00
Last Man 20:20
